Spicy Mexican Corn

Ingredients  
Fresh Corn Kernels                          -              1 Cup slightly boiled and drained.
Onion                                               -              1 Med Finely Chopped
Capsicum                                         -              ½ Chopped in fine squares
Green Chilly                                     -              1 – Finely Chopped
Tomato Sauce                                  -              1 tablespoons (or as required)
Chaat Masala                                   -              ½ teaspoon
Oregano                                           -              ½ teaspoon
Lemon Juice                                     -              1 tablespoon
Butter                                               -              1 tablespoon
Salt                                                   -              As per taste
Pepper                                              -              ½ teaspoon (or as per taste)
Red Chilly Powder                            -              As per taste

Method
Heat Butter in a non-stick pan on a medium flame. Add Onion and capsicum and sauté for a minute. Do not brown the onions. Now add Corn, green chilies, chaat masala, tomato sauce, oregano, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red chili powder. Mix well, cover and cook just for a minute.
Tips – This can be made in a microwave also. While cooking on gas do not cook on high flame.
