Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients
Maida                                                -              1 Cup
Butter                                                -              ¾ Cup
Condensed Milk                                -              ¾ Cup
Dark Chocolate                                 -              ¾ Cup (Chopped)
Baking Powder                                  -              1 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence                                 -              1 teaspoon
Chopped Nuts                                   -              ½ cup (walnuts & almonds)
Paper Cups                                         -              8 to 10

Method
In a microwave safe bowl, put the chocolate pieces and butter with 2 teaspoon milk for 30 seconds to melt. Add the condense milk to it and mix thoroughly. Sieve the flour and baking powder in it and mix it in cut and fold method. Now add chopped nuts and vanilla essence to it and mix it well to a cake batter consistency. If required Add milk to form a thick and smooth consistency. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees. Fill the cup cakes with this batter. Take care to fill the cup cakes only half, so that they can rise enough. Bake in Pre-Heated oven at 180 Degrees for 25 to 30 Mins. Cool on a wire rack. Decorate with a icing of your choice.
Tips – You can serve these warm with chilled ice-cream or custard.
